The Knowledge Production in Displacement and Forced Migration Workshop will take place at UCSB on April 17-18, 2023. It is organized by the German Historical Institute, with co-sponsorship by the UCSB Migration Initiative. CMES Vice-Director Vladimir Hamed-Troyansky is the workshop co-organizer. The workshop explores how refugees and other displaced people produce and transmit knowledge about their migration. The schedule is available here.
